My mood is better than ever and no more “food noise”
“Thanks to you, I am good now at making meals appetizing and have eliminated that “food noise,” that perpetual running drama in my brain that constantly thought about food for years. My mood is better than ever. I have no pain, no stiffness and though it’s not perfect, I’m noticing deeper sleep. For the first time in many many years I am remembering my dreams. If I wake up, I go right back to sleep easily, when I used to sleep fewer hours and wake all night. It was once routine for me to take a 3 hour zombie nap on the weekends to catch up, but I now see that was directly related to what I was eating. I am sustaining focus at work and I feel like I’m crushing it in my professional life! - That’s a huge change and without more effort! I actually want to spend my time at work and at home on productive activities instead of gravitating toward my time wasters now. I actually like exercise and walking my dog now instead of feeling like it’s a chore, and I catch myself doing the productive things instead of the bare minimum. I can’t wait to see where else this goes!”
